Our Office

Hapii Dental is a state-of-the-art dental clinic in Austin, TX. We offer personalized care for patients of all ages in a calm, relaxing environment. Our friendly and caring staff is dedicated to delivering dentistry of the highest quality using the finest materials and the latest dental technology. 

We strive to make your family feel at home. Our child-friendly office has a play area, and we love to give our younger patients extra care to make sure that positive dental visits start as young as possible. To help our patients relax, our treatment rooms have blankets, TVs, and headphones. 

Hapii Dental would be nothing without our talented team working hard to create a compassionate environment for you and your family. Our patients deserve exceptional care, and we LOVE to make you smile every chance we get. All our staff has been trained to explain your treatment plan in plain terms, and we will answer every question you may have. Our dental assistants are bilingual in English and Spanish.

We also enjoy giving back to our community and love to support the younger generation in their journey of healthy smiles for life. In 2012, Dr. Aleeahna Phan moved to Austin and realized that uninsured children in the community lacked access to oral healthcare. It was then Dr. Phan and her husband, Thomas, founded Hapii-n-Healthy Smiles, Inc. This nonprofit organization provides free checkups and cleanings for children under age 17 who do not have dental insurance. Dr. Phan and her husband have plans to broaden their organization in the future to include other areas of health care/programs to help children in need.

Dr. Aleeahna Phan

Dr. Aleeahna Phan grew up in Biloxi, MS. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and minor in biology from the University of San Francisco, she continued her education at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2011. 

In 2012, Dr. Phan relocated to Austin. She quickly realized a need in the Austin community for uninsured children’s access to oral healthcare. It was then that Dr. Phan and her husband Thomas founded Hapii-n-Healthy Smiles, Inc., a nonprofit organization for uninsured children under the age of 17 that provides free checkups and cleanings.

Dr. Phan and her husband have plans to broaden their organization in the future to include other areas of health care and programs to help children in need.

Dr. Phan is a member of the American Dental Association and was named one of America's Top Dentists by the Consumers Research Council of America in 2015, 2016, and 2017. In her spare time, Dr. Phan enjoys traveling, watching NFL football, especially the New Orleans Saints, and trying new local restaurants with her husband and new daughter Ava.

Susannah

Insurance/Billing Manager

Our office manager Susannah moved to Texas in 2003 and completed her Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2010. Susannah has been in the dental field for over seven years and has worked at Daylight Dental since it opened.

She has held most positions in a dental office from dental assistant to billing manager, and in 2015, Susannah continued her education at Texas Women’s University Dental Hygiene Program. She thoroughly enjoys educating our patients on oral hygiene home care and is happy to answer any questions patients may have about their upcoming procedures or insurance benefits.

Additionally, Susannah is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. In her spare time, Susannah likes spending time with her family and new fiancé, Tim, as well as reading and traveling.

Olivia

Office Manager

Olivia is our office manager. She grew up in Miami, FL, and moved to Austin for school in 2015. Olivia graduated from St. Edwards University and attended the Texas Academy of General Dentistry’s dental assisting program. As she has experience being a dental assistant, she is very helpful in answering all of our patient’s clinical questions on the phone. Olivia’s kind and friendly demeanor put patients at ease when they are greeted by her at the door.  Olivia’s favorite part of her job is giving people a reason to smile. In her free time, she likes to play soccer and hang out with her dog Russ.

Ada

Registered Dental Assistant

Ada is a native Austinite and recently graduated from Austin Dental Assisting School in 2017. She finds working in the dental field extremely rewarding as she gets to care for patients of all ages and loves making a difference in their lives through their smiles.  In her free time, Ada likes to go to her children’s sporting events and she loves to shop.
